We’ve shared some of our most frequently asked questions to help you out!

How do I place an order?

You can only place your order via the website, we unfortunately are unable to do this over the phone. If there is any issues with the website we may be able to make other arrangements for you. To place your order, go onto the product you would like to purchase then click ‘add to basket’. Once you are finished adding all the products you wish to purchase then go to checkout and there you can fill all of your details in and place your order with us.

What are the different payment methods I can use?

We currently support two different types of payments, PayPal and Stripe. Both of these are a secure way of purchasing a Revomaze.

How do I use a promotional code?

If you have a promotional/coupon code you are able to redeem this by typing the code in at checkout. At the top of the checkout page there is the phrase “Have a coupon? Click here to enter your code”, when you click there a drop-down will appear with a text box where you can type in the code. Then press apply coupon and the coupon will be deducted from your order.

I’ve lost my log in details, what do I do?

Go to the login page and underneath it’ll say ‘Forgotten your password?’. Please click the link and enter your email to receive a password resent to your email. If you are still having problems please contact us and we can help.
