What is the process for placing an order?

Being an online store, we unfortunately do not accept phone orders. Please let us know if you experience any issues placing an order through the website so we can provide an alternative for you.

To place an order, go to the product page and click the “add to cart” button. When you’re ready, proceed to the checkout and enter all of your personal information before paying. Your order will be valid until payment is received, at which point the team will start working on it.

What are the different payment methods I can use?

Payments can be made with Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, Pay in 3, Stripe, Alipay, WeChat and Apple Pay.

How do I use a promotional code?

To redeem a promotional code, enter it in the bottom right corner of the basket. To use a coupon at checkout, enter the code at the top of the page. When you enter the code, it will be deducted from the total in your basket.

I’ve lost my log in details, what do I do?

Go to the “login” tab and click the link that says “forgot your password?”. Enter your email address and you will receive an email with instructions on how to change your password. Alternatively we can email you a reset link to change your password.

Can I change my shipping address on my order?

We can update your billing or shipping details via your order; please contact us and we will make any necessary changes.
