What is the process for placing an order?

We are exclusively an online store accepting purchases through our website. We’re sorry, but we don’t accept phone orders. Furthermore, if there are any issues with the website, we will be able to make alternate arrangements for you.

To place an order, navigate to the product you wish to buy and click the “add to cart” button. When you’re ready, go to the checkout and fill out all of your personal information before making your payment. Your order will be valid until payment is received, at which point the team will begin preparing your order.

What are the different payment methods I can use?

Payments can be made with Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, Pay in 3, Stripe, Alipay, WeChat and Apple Pay.

How do I use a promotional code?

If you have a promotional code, you can use it during checkout by typing it in. The expression “Have a coupon?” appears at the top of the checkout tab. When you select “Click here to enter your code,” a drop-down menu will appear with a text box where you can type in the code. Then click add coupon, and your order will be reduced by the value of the coupon.

I’ve lost my log in details, what do I do?

If you go to the login tab, you’ll see a link that says, ‘Forgotten your password?’ Please click the link and enter your email address to get your password emailed to you. If you’re still having issues, please contact us, and we can help.

Can I change my shipping address on my order?

Once an order is processing it is unfortunately not possible to change the shipping address via your invoice. Please contact us so that we can update our records with your new shipping address.
