To help you, we’ve shared some of our most commonly asked questions.

How do I place an order?

You can only put an order via the website; we are unable to take orders over the telephone. We will be able to make other arrangements for you if there are any problems with the website. To place an order, go to the product you want to buy and press the “add to basket” button. When you’ve done adding all of the items you want to buy, go to checkout and fill out all of your information to position your order with us.

What are the different payment methods I can use?

PayPal and Stripe are the two payment methods we officially accept. Both of these choices are safe ways to get a Revomaze.

How do I use a promotional code?

If you have a promotional/coupon code, you can use it during checkout by typing it in. The expression “Have a coupon?” appears at the top of the checkout tab. When you select “Click here to enter your code,” a drop-down menu will appear with a text box where you can type in the code. Then click add coupon, and your order will be reduced by the value of the coupon.

I’ve lost my log in details, what do I do?

If you go to the login tab, you’ll see a link that says, ‘Forgotten your password?’ Please click the link and enter your email address to get your password emailed to you. If you’re still having issues, please contact us and we can help.
